How we work
John's Plumbing does residential and light commercial plumbing across greater Sacramento. Our plumbers handle leaks, drains, sewer lines, water heaters, gas lines and remodel plumbing, and they do it in houses that range from 1920s bungalows to homes finished last year.
We keep the business built around a few habits. Someone answers the phone at any hour. Trucks are stocked so most repairs finish on the first visit. Prices are given before work starts. And when a repair does not make sense, we say so and explain what does.
Two offices
Our Sacramento office on Albatross Way in North Sacramento sits close to Interstate 80 and Business 80, which keeps most of the city and the inner suburbs within a short drive. Our Garden Valley office on Marshall Road covers El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Placerville and the foothill communities, where wells, propane and freezing winters bring their own work.
How calls are handled
Calls to our line are answered by our own team. We are not a referral service and we do not sell leads. On the rare stretch when every one of our plumbers is already committed, a call may be forwarded to another established plumbing company in your area so that an active leak or a sewer backup is not left waiting. Whenever we can take the job ourselves, we do.
