Using this website

This website gives general information about plumbing and about our services. Articles are general guidance, not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your home.

Prices and estimates

Price ranges on this site describe typical jobs and are not quotes. Your price is given on site, after diagnosis and before any work starts. Trip charges, including after-hours charges, are told to you on the phone before we dispatch.

Service by phone

We book work by phone. By asking us to perform work you agree to the price quoted on site and to pay for completed work as invoiced.

Call routing

John's Plumbing performs its own work with its own plumbers. When every plumber is committed, a call may be forwarded to another established local plumbing company. Any work that company performs is agreed and billed by that company directly.

Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call PG&E or 911 from outside before calling us. For flooding near electrical equipment, stay clear and call for help.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of general information on this site.
