What we collect

This website has no contact forms and does not ask you to create an account. When you call us, we record the details you give us, such as your name, address and the plumbing problem, so we can send a plumber and invoice the work.

Like most websites, our hosting may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the office maps on the contact page load from Google Maps only when you click to show them.

How we use it

We use call details to schedule, perform and bill plumbing work, to follow up on that work and to keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

Call forwarding

If every one of our plumbers is committed and your call is forwarded to another local plumbing company, that company receives only what it needs to help you with the call.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us at (916) 602-0883 and ask for the office.

California residents have rights under state privacy law, and we honor requests made under it.
